Kevin, you’re awesome!! I can’t believe you ran a straight 43 miles! Fantastic! I’m still running. Little stuff though. 2 miles here, 3 miles there. It feels good though and it’s something for my health. It certainly helps to stave off the diabetes! Congratulations and keep in touch. Great website, by the way!
Kevin - I really enjoyed your podcast. I am a type III diabetic and grew up in a family of brittle diabetics. Keep up the good work and please post more podcast.
